“Due to a change in the direction of the business it became necessary for us to update our website and we started looking around for a suitable provider, we had been contacted by various professional design companies promising the earth for anything from £1000 to £2000. “I first met John earlier this year when an appointment was arranged to discuss our company website. He offered a no obligation meeting to discuss his concept for our site and the direction he would take it to give a new modern fresh appeal which was not only suitable for desk top systems but the evermore popular smart phone and tablet.

It was obvious from that first meeting when John walked in to my office we would get on well, his research on our website was exemplary, it was clear to me John was not only selling his company he was offering our business his expertise and judgement on how customers worldwide would view the experience of navigating their way around our website. He didn’t disappoint, he and his team swiftly responded to the task and delivered a test layout within days, it was money well spent. It gave me the opportunity to see how our new website would look and John kindly visited again to meet the entire sales and marketing team to explain his concept and listen to their ideas, once again John’s energy shone through and the entire team at Standen’s were left impressed and in no doubt we should allow John to go ahead and construct a new website.

The Journey has been swift from conception to completion and it has genuinely been a pleasure to work with John. I have been the client from hell when it comes to taking John’s calls and providing him the information he has needed, but never once has he shown the inevitable frustrations with me as the client and has always been good humoured and pleasant to me when I know I deserved much less from him.
